How long with the Photographic Restoration work take?
It really depends on how much work is needed. After receiving payment, work will commenced immediately. Your completed project should unless extensive work is required, be back with you in no more than 10 working days. You will be provided with an estimated turn-around time on your quotation. If you have a specific date you need to hit let us know and we will make sure we meet it.
Can i order more prints at a later date?
Yes. All photos are safely and securely digitally archived and are kept for just this purpose, unless you expressly request us to destroy them.
Can i combine two or more services?
Of course, there really is no limit to what we can do with an image for you. You may find for example you have a lot of old photos that you wish to have repaired, cleaned up, objects or people removed and then made into a montage. Just ask us for a quote.
Can i send a scan of my photo to get a quote?
Yes, but unless its of a really good quality we will have to have the original to commence work. Or if it from a digital camera that will be fine anyway.
Will my original photo be damaged in anyway?
No, it will simply be scanned in at an appropriately High Resolution. All work will then take place digitally.
