1. Copyright

The person or persons placing any order and sending images to us must own the copyright to any images sent. By supplying the image they express there permission for the image to be reproduced under copyright law. If the provider does not own the copyright to an image, express written permission from the owner must first be obtained. The customer is solely liable for any resulting violation or infringement of copyright action, taken by any third party.

2. Colour Matching

Precise Colour matching to the original image cannot be guaranteed due to the limitations of photographic printing processes. Tonal Variation may occur.

3. Liability

The customer is liable for the cost of the original material. If any image has a value beyond that of the materials themselves, appropriate insurance should be sought to cover replacement.

 

4. Delivery

The utmost care will be taken to ensure orders are completed and despatched within quoted time frames, but no liability will be taken for late delivery’s. All items will be despatched via registered delivery. No liability can be accepted for loss or damage incurred during delivery.
